I have suicidal thoughts too. When I feel like I can't take it anymore I go to the hospital. One time I even called 911 on myself because I didn't feel safe. When I first attempted I didn't want to die. I just wanted the pain to stop. I was so scared and felt like nothing was working. I was sent to the hospital and things started changing. It wasn't easy and took time, but I finally found something that helped me. You're not alone. If you feel unsafe please go to a local emergency room or call 911.
